糖醋麻油涼拌青瓜
天氣炎熱,胃口唔太好,整啲醒胃涼浸浸嘅食品就至啱
口味
!
將青瓜洗淨切條,用鐮江醋浸過青瓜面,加兩匙羮糖,一個蒜頭切粒,兩隻紅辣椒切粒,麻油及芝麻適量,將所有材料撈埋一起,放雪櫃冷藏三小時,即可食用.
